Bibiana is the white tiger Chang (queen) of the Las Vegas weretigers, she is often addressed as Chang-Bibiana and is the wife of Max, vampire Master of the City. Bibiana has a son by Max named Victor. Bibiana appears to have vampire-like powers of influence. She wants Anita to be mated with her son Victor, however Anita is already bound to Jean-Claude.
